FS2 & KS1

Well done to all of the FS and KS1 children for their participation in their sports days last week. The children had lots of fun participating in a range of different activities including running races! Thank you to all of the parents/carers who attended to support and to all of the IJS&CE staff for making the events happen!

KS2 Sports Day 2025

KS2 Sports Days Well done to all of KS2 for their participation in their Sports Days last week. The children competed in the events shotput, long jump, hockey dribble and the agility stepper as well as competing in running races. The children were competing to earn house points for their houses, Pebble, Weddell and Saunders but most importantly, they participated to have fun and stay active! The children might have noticed the posters that were up promoting The Orkney 2025 Island Games, showing some of the same events that the children were participating in! "From IJS&CE Sports Day, to The Island Games. This could be you in the future, competing for your country!" Thank you to all the parents/carers that attended for support and thank you to the staff at IJS&CE that made the events happen!
